Every listing requires the outgoing tenant to upload their rent agreement. Our OCR system extracts and verifies the name, property address, and rent amount — matching it against what they've written. If anything doesn't match, the listing doesn't go live. You see "Verified · Rent agreement" only when all three points match.
You get the outgoing tenant's phone number. You contact them directly, they share honest details about the flat, and they introduce you to the owner personally on WhatsApp. This is a warm introduction — the owner already trusts their tenant. No cold calls. No "owner not picking up" situations.
You contact the outgoing tenant first. They are your guide — they know the flat, the owner, the quirks, and the building. Once you're both comfortable, they introduce you directly to the owner. This protects the owner from random calls while giving you better access than any broker ever could.
Not easily. Every listing requires a rent agreement with the poster's name on it — and that name is verified against their phone number. Brokers don't have rent agreements for the flats they list. The one person who does is the actual tenant. Additionally, we review every listing manually before it goes live.
Two very good reasons. First — the outgoing tenant's deposit is returned only after a new tenant moves in. The faster someone finds the flat, the faster they get their deposit back. Second — they earn ₹50 every time someone unlocks their listing. Honesty pays literally: a dishonest post means no unlocks, no money, and deposit stuck longer.
The tenant's name is permanently attached to their review. If the review is misleading, it affects their own reputation on the platform — which matters when they search for their next flat. Practically, the incentive structure makes honesty the easiest and most profitable choice. But no platform can guarantee perfection — we give you better information than any alternative.
