When you list a flat, we collect your name, phone number, and email. When you browse, we collect your Google account name and email if you sign in. We also collect the content you submit — reviews, ratings, and photos.
We do not use cookies for tracking, advertising, or analytics. Your name, phone number, and session preferences are stored locally in your browser using localStorage — this data never leaves your device unless you actively use a feature like chat or listing submission.
Firebase (our authentication provider) and Supabase (our database provider) may set functional cookies as part of their standard operation. These are strictly necessary for the platform to work and are not used for tracking or profiling.
You do not need to accept or reject any cookie consent banner when using Landlord.
Your phone number is used to connect you with the person you choose to chat with. It is never shown publicly. Your listing data is shown to incoming tenants browsing the platform. Your Google account is used only to authenticate you.
All data is stored in Supabase, hosted in Singapore. Photos are stored in Supabase Storage. We do not sell your data to anyone.
