Every listing requires the outgoing tenant to upload their rent agreement. We extract and verify the name, address, and rent amount - matching all three against what they've written. You only see "Verified" when everything checks out. We also review every listing manually before it goes live.
The outgoing tenant's phone number. You contact them directly - they share everything they know about the flat and introduce you to the owner personally on WhatsApp. Warm, trusted, no cold calls. The owner already knows their tenant.
